The League Operating Rules spell out in detail everything from how players are evaluated and teams are selected to distances from the pitching rubber to home plate in each division and other specific playing rules. This is a document prepared by the TGSL Board Members as a supplement to the rules established and maintained by the Southern California ASA. (This organization conducts tournaments, leagues, coach and umpire clinics, sets eligibility standards and holds meetings.
